Apartment M

The brief was to create a modern scandi­navian inspired design using both neutral and natural materials combined with custom joinery to allow for hidden storage throughout.

The clients purchased this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in central Milan with the intention to completely transform and reconfigure its existing 1970’s layout to work for their growing family.

The resulting project highlights a fresh and calming environment, full of light, pops of colour and hints of design icons throughout.

The existing layout was completely modified to add the second bathroom, a laun­dry and shoe room. Similarly the dining and kitchen were combined to create one large open and light filled space inspired by the clients keen interest in cooking.
